01 43GHz inverter
Ultra-wide frequency coverage to meet the mainstream RF applications

The 43GHz wideband frequency converter consists of an upconverter FEU3543 and a downconverter FED3543, with an ultra-wide frequency coverage from 9kHz to 43GHz, which covers almost all the mainstream RF application frequency bands.
With excellent performance, this inverter can be perfectly adapted with Sigma's self-developed SGR RF broadband transceiver, and can also work with third-party PXI RF transceiver instruments, covering baseband to millimeter-wave test applications, providing users with more flexible and wider test solutions.

02 6GHz inverter
Precise adaptation to meet diversified application requirements

The 6GHz inverter consists of the FEU3506 upconverter and FED3506 downconverter, which are designed to meet the application scenarios of RF instrumentation, wireless communication and software radio. The two modules have a frequency range of DC to 6GHz, an IF bandwidth of 80MHz, and can be extended to a maximum of 200MHz.
- Frequency range: 100kHz-6GHz
- IF: 70MHz
- Bandwidth: 80MHz
- Gain: 25±3dB (regular mode); 40±3dB (low noise mode)
- Phase noise: -105dBc/Hz@10kH
03 26.5GHz inverter
Flexible combinations for extended frequency coverage

FED3526 is a 26.5GHz downconverter, which can accurately downconvert the frequency from 6GHz to 26.5GHz to 50MHz to 3GHz, and users can also select external local oscillator signals according to the actual needs to satisfy the application scenarios, such as SISO and MIMO.
It is worth mentioning that FED3526 can also be combined with FED3506 to form a broadband downconverter from 100kHz to 26.5GHz, which meets the needs of systems with higher frequency coverage requirements and opens up a broader space for testing.
