Sematic has launched new aviation bus test products - MIL-1394B bus communication card, MIL-STD-1553B bus communication card and ARINC429 bus extension module. These new products will bring new value to the avionics test field.

1.MIL-1394B bus communication card

MIL-1394B communication card is a 3U_PXIE card that complies with MIL1394B (AS5463) protocol specification; the card supports two nodes, each node provides three independent ports; each node provides CC and RN modes; it is suitable for simulation and testing of MIL-1394B (AS5643) bus protocol.

◆ Support cycle and event messages
◆ Can be set to support packet CRC errors, ultra-short frames, ultra-long frames and other fault simulation error injection.
◆ With transmit cache and receive cache, hardware cache: ≥ 256M.
◆ Support time scale function, resolution is better than 1us.
◆ Support CC (cyclic master), RN (redundant node) dual mode
◆ Support STOF packet and message real-time modification.
◆ Programmable STOF offset, support for small message offset.
2.MIL-STD-1553B bus communication card

MIL-STD-1553B card is a communication card conforming to GJB289A-97 bus standard; the communication card is a 4-channel dual redundancy design, with BC, RT and RT&BM modes selectable for each channel; the bus communication rate is 1Mbps; it provides Windows host computer and API driver functions.

3.ARINC429 bus transceiver module

ARINC429 bus transceiver module adopts the standard PXI 3U modular design to meet the ARINC429 bus protocol standard. Its design is flexible and can be extended with 1/4/8/16 channels to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

◆ Number of receiving and transmitting channels: 1/4/8/16
◆ Independent cache
◆ Baud rate, parity and other parameters of each channel can be set individually.
◆ Data format: 32bit, 25bit.
Receiving and sending baud rate can be set: 10Kbps, 12.5Kbps, 50Kbps, 100Kbps.
◆ Checksum method: support odd test, even test and no test.
◆ Self-loopback test function
