Hotly Recruited Positions
Sales Engineer (Suzhou/Shanghai/Tianjin/Beijing)
1. Responsible for market development and customer relationship management in the designated region, gaining an in-depth understanding of customer needs, and providing customers with professional product solutions as well as high-quality pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services.
2. Responsible for product promotion, marketing, and sales within the assigned territory, and for achieving sales targets.
3. Responsible for close collaboration with internal departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and after-sales to ensure a smooth sales process, promptly resolve customer issues, and coordinate the resolution of various market-related challenges.
4. Responsible for consolidating and coordinating supply demand, and formulating supply allocation plans;
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor intelligence, and provide recommendations to inform the company’s product and market strategies.
Senior RF Engineer
1. Led the end-to-end R&D and mass production of RF/microwave hardware modules for PXI‑based instrumentation, encompassing technical solution evaluation, requirements decomposition, high‑level design, detailed design, system integration testing, and performance validation.
2. Responsible for schematic design and PCB layout of key components such as RF circuits, switch-mode modules, and filters; organize and participate in design reviews to ensure circuit performance and reliability.
3. Complete hardware debugging, performance testing, and fault analysis; prepare debugging reports and issue summaries; and drive design iterations and product optimization.
4. Assist in resolving technical issues related to product mass production and customer‑side implementation, providing technical support that includes preparing application documentation, conducting technical exchanges, delivering product demonstrations, and performing after‑sales maintenance.
5. Track trends in RF and microwave technologies, participate in the pre‑research and development of key technologies, and enhance product competitiveness.
Test Development Engineer
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of test cases for R&D and production processes;
2. Responsible for evaluating and optimizing test plans;
3. Identify and resolve anomalies encountered in the production testing environment.
4. Complete the development and application of basic RF test instruments;
5. Assist with on-site project implementation.
Quality Assurance Engineer
1. Test Plan Design: Based on the product specifications and technical architecture, develop test plans and test cases for each phase, and set up the testing environment.
2. Review and Standard Collection: Participate in reviews of new products and key milestones, provide improvement recommendations from a testing perspective, and collect and organize product testing standards to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.
3. Prototype Testing and Defect Resolution: Conduct prototype testing according to the test plan, identify defects, collaborate with R&D to resolve them, validate the effectiveness of the solution, and produce a test report along with analytical conclusions.
4. Pilot Production Testing: Develop and execute test plans and test cases for the pilot production phase, providing a basis for mass‑production validation.
5. After-sales support: Assist in verifying after-sales issues, and complete fault reproduction, analysis, and root-cause identification.
6. Test Tool Optimization: Optimize the testing platform and instrumentation, design and develop test tools, and enhance testing efficiency and quality.
QT Engineer
1. Responsible for developing the human–machine interface of instrument products, including operation control, parameter configuration, real-time data visualization, and result display.
2. Develop the host‑computer software based on the Qt framework (QWidgets/QML), implementing the rendering and display of specialized widgets such as parameter panels, status monitors, waveform previews, constellation diagrams, and eye diagrams.
3. Collaborate with algorithm, industrial design, and firmware engineers to implement logical integration between the user interface and algorithms, as well as interactive features such as mode switching, parameter synchronization, and real-time waveform display.
4. Responsible for C++ backend logic development, including multithreaded data acquisition, real-time IQ data stream processing, large-file storage and waveform playback, as well as SCPI command parsing and execution.
5. Communicate with the instrument’s underlying layer or FPGA via USB, PCIe, or network interfaces, ensuring low-latency, highly stable interaction between the UI and the hardware.
6. Optimized interface performance in scenarios involving large-scale data (FFT spectral lines, IQ sampling points), addressing issues such as drawing lag and memory leaks.
7. Prepare technical documentation, including software design specifications and debugging summary reports, and complete other R&D tasks.
Driver Development Engineer
1. Responsible for developing drivers for PCI, PCIe, and LXI bus products, including application-layer driver interface software and software for product functionality and performance testing.
2. Responsible for collaborating with the FPGA team to perform logic debugging;
3. Responsible for software debugging and functional maintenance;
4. Complete the development tasks assigned by the project team on time and to the required quality standards.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
ATE RF Test Engineer
1. Responsible for undertaking the development and debugging of mass-production processes for RF‑type chips, including PA, switches, LNA, PAMID, filters, tuners, and others.
2. Develop test plans and implementation schedules, and assist suppliers in designing test hardware such as LBs, probe cards, sockets, and change kits.
3. Conduct testing at the test facility and implement the mass-production process according to customer requirements.
