1. Responsible for market development and customer relationship management in the designated region, gaining an in-depth understanding of customer needs, and providing customers with professional product solutions as well as high-quality pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services.

2. Responsible for product promotion, marketing, and sales within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

3. Responsible for close collaboration with internal departments such as engineering, production, and after-sales to ensure a smooth sales process, promptly resolve customer issues, and coordinate the handling of various market-related matters.

4. Responsible for consolidating and coordinating supply demand, and formulating supply allocation plans;

5. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to inform the company’s product and market strategies.

1. Led the end-to-end R&D and mass production of RF/microwave hardware modules for PXI‑based instrumentation, encompassing technical solution evaluation, requirements decomposition, high‑level design, detailed design, system integration testing, and performance validation.

2. Responsible for schematic design and PCB layout of key components such as RF circuits, switch-mode modules, and filters; organize and participate in design reviews to ensure circuit performance and reliability.

3. Complete hardware debugging, performance testing, and fault analysis; prepare debugging reports and issue summaries to drive design iterations and product optimization; assist in resolving technical issues during mass production and at the customer site, providing technical support that includes writing application documentation, conducting technical exchanges, delivering product demonstrations, and performing after-sales maintenance.

4. Track trends in RF and microwave technologies, participate in the pre-research and development of key technologies, and enhance product competitiveness.

1. Responsible for building and maintaining the product’s automated testing framework, covering two areas:

C++/Qt software side: Design and implement unit testing and integration testing frameworks for both the low-level wireless demodulation algorithms and the high-level business logic.

Instrumentation and Control Side: For automated control of general-purpose instruments such as spectrum analyzers, a data acquisition and regression testing framework has been established.

2. Responsible for software functional verification and UI interaction testing of the spectrum analyzer’s measurement functions, including power, bandwidth, adjacent-channel leakage, and other standard parameters.

3. Responsible for functional verification of wireless demodulation algorithms; design test cases based on algorithm specifications and compare input–output results.

4. Conduct stability and stress tests, and monitor memory usage and performance under prolonged operation.

5. Proficient in operating general-purpose instruments such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators, setting up test environments, and using automated scripts to perform data acquisition.

1. Responsible for product manufacturing and testing, including PCBA testing, complete‑unit assembly, functional verification, and shipping tests, among others.

2. Perform work in accordance with the production schedule and supervisor’s instructions, strictly adhere to product testing SOPs, work instructions, and process specifications, and ensure that the production process meets quality requirements.

3. Responsible for recording, organizing, and archiving test data, ensuring that the data is accurate, complete, and traceable.

4. Conduct preliminary analysis of any issues encountered during testing, promptly report abnormal findings, and assist R&D and quality teams in identifying root causes and validating corrective measures.

5. Participate in new product introduction, pilot‑to‑mass‑production transitions, and production optimization projects; proactively report issues encountered during the manufacturing process and propose improvement recommendations.

6. Responsible for the daily maintenance of test equipment, jigs, and tools to ensure the smooth execution of testing activities.
