Upconverters and Downconverters
The FEU3543 and FED3543 upconverters and downconverters are transmit and receive inverters covering a frequency range of 9kHz to 43GHz. They can be integrated with SGR RF transceivers to build broadband signal generation and analysis systems with a wider frequency coverage. Furthermore, these inverters support external local oscillator (LO) signal input, making them suitable for applications with high phase synchronization requirements, such as MIMO systems. This series of inverters features a compact, modular design, ensuring high performance while providing excellent adaptability to highly integrated and complex applications. The inverter series also includes the FEU3506 and FED3506 upconverters (frequency coverage 400MHz to 6GHz) and the FED3526 downconverter (frequency coverage 6GHz to 26.5GHz).

▍Product Features
1. 43GHz Frequency Converter
The 43GHz broadband frequency converter comprises an upconverter (FEU3543) and a downconverter (FED3543), offering an ultra-wide frequency coverage from 9kHz to 43GHz that spans virtually all mainstream RF application bands. It seamlessly integrates with Semy's proprietary SGR RF broadband transceiver while also supporting collaboration with third-party PXI RF transceiver instruments.

2. 6GHz Upconverter and Downconverter
The FEU3506 upconverter provides RF output covering frequencies from 400MHz to 6000MHz, while the FED3506 downconverter handles RF input spanning 20MHz to 6000MHz. Both upconverter and downconverter designs utilize a PXIe bus interface in a 3U module, occupying only two slots.

3. 26.5GHz Downconverter
The FED3526 downconverter handles RF inputs spanning 6GHz–26.5GHz. Designed with a PXIe bus interface, this 3U module occupies one slot. Function control and debugging of the downconverter module are implemented via the PXIe bus. It provides PXI instrument drivers and supports C/C++ API functions for parameter configuration, functional control, device status readback, reference clock configuration, and more. Drivers for Windows 10 are provided. The downconverter also supports external LO signal input, meeting requirements for SISO, MIMO, and other application scenarios.
