    ▍Product Overview:

    The SPU series is a high-performance digital-channel instrument—a single-slot PXI device that supports 64 MVector/s digital pattern generation. It features vector-based digital channel boards for pin mapping, specification testing, level adjustment, and pattern generation. The output level of each digital channel can be flexibly adjusted between –1.5 V and +6.5 V, providing versatile control and test capabilities for a wide range of IC devices. Each system can accommodate up to eight SPU6151 boards, supporting a maximum of 256 channels to meet the requirements of most complex digital-signal testing applications. Data rates reach up to 100 Mbit/s, clock frequencies exceed 100 MHz, and test cycles are shorter than 10 ns.
