    ▍Product Overview

    The SPU series high-performance digital channel instrument is a single-slot device that supports 64 MVector/s PXl digital pattern generation. It features a vector-based digital channel board for pin mapping, specifications, levels, and patterns. Each digital channel output level can be flexibly adjusted between -1.5V and +6.5V, providing flexible control testing capabilities for various types of 1℃ chips. Each device can support up to 8 SPU5100 boards, allowing for a maximum of 256 channels, meeting the testing needs of most complex digital signals. The data rate can reach up to 200 Mbit/s, with a clock frequency exceeding 100 MHz and a test cycle of less than 10 ns.
