The PXC1194 chassis takes your test and measurement applications to the next level. Featuring a high-performance 21-slot PXI high-speed backplane, high-output power supply, and superior cooling capabilities, the PXC1194 is specifically designed for heavy-duty and high-port-density applications. Its modular design ensures a high degree of maintainability, offering replaceable power supplies for highly available applications and thereby reducing mean time to repair (MTTR). The PXC1194 fully complies with the PXI-5 high-speed hardware specification, providing advanced timing and synchronization features that deliver exceptional clock accuracy, as well as external clock and trigger routing capabilities. Leveraging PCI Express 3.0 technology, the chassis offers system bandwidths of up to 24 GB/s for high-throughput point-to-point data transfer applications and up to 8 GB/s for all peripheral slots. Each slot in the PXC1194 provides up to 102 W of power and cooling capacity, ensuring an enhanced power budget for high-performance and high-power PXI modules. An intelligent system monitoring controller reports the chassis’s status—including fan speeds, system voltages, and internal temperatures—allowing you to ensure that your system operates at peak performance. The intelligent fan feature dynamically adjusts fan speeds based on embedded temperature sensors, striking a balance between sufficient airflow and operational noise levels.
